What I'm Working On

What I’m working on reflects the skills I’m building, the areas I’m learning more about, and the practices I’m intentionally making space for in this season. It’s less about perfection or productivity and more about curiosity, growth, and showing up consistently in ways that feel meaningful.

Personal Finance & Investing

I’ve really enjoyed learning more about personal finance and investing as part of building long-term stability and flexibility. This includes understanding how to make thoughtful, informed financial decisions that support both present needs and future goals. Approaching money with intention has become an important part of creating security and autonomy in this season of life.

Spanish Language

Spanish has always been a challenge for me, but it’s something I continue to return to with intention. Rather than aiming for perfection, I’m focusing on consistency—practicing regularly, staying engaged, and allowing myself to learn slowly. Even when it feels difficult, (even when I'm made fun of ;) improving my Spanish is important to me. I see daily how it supports clearer communication, deeper connection, and more inclusive and valuable care.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

I’m continually deepening my understanding of evidence-based hormone replacement therapy as the science in this field evolves and expands. We’re seeing a growing body of research that highlights the meaningful benefits of HRT for many women in midlife, and I find this shift both encouraging and exciting. Staying current with emerging evidence allows me to approach hormone care thoughtfully, confidently, and with a focus on individualized, informed decision-making.

Creative & Reflective Practices

I’m making space for creative and reflective practices that help me slow down and stay grounded. Through journaling, embroidery, and other hands-on creative outlets, I find balance, focus, and clarity. These practices support not only personal well-being, but also the presence and thoughtfulness I bring into my work and daily life.
